Over the past year, Rigo has released features to enhance user experience and ease operations across different levels of users viz. employee, managers, HR department and executives.
Rigo’s April – 2025 release has taken the HR platform to the next level with streamlined HR core with advanced information assurance and Easy Payroll processing feature.
1. Streamlined HR Core
Rigo has brought all the HR Administrative Activities under a single core architecture where all the activities are aligned with events and respective event reasons. Any event can be triggered from a single source (or many) and sent to the approval flow for information assurance. In the earlier version, the information assurance facility was available only for management activities (activities that are initiated from employees requiring manager or supervisor approval. (leave, travel, advance or allowance request). But with the new advanced information assurance, the creator and approver function has been introduced where data change or event is initiated by the Administrator. (e.g. employee record change)
2. Easy Payroll Processing
RigoHR is known for its robust payroll processing functionality, ease of use, extreme level of accuracy and legal compliance. Now, we have taken the payroll processing to the next level with Single Window Modern Payroll Processing feature.
With the new release, you can track all pay change, time and attendance or any relevant event that impacts payroll in one place with upfront visibility of the changes and requests. The payroll processing is presented in few simple steps where every relevant data is visible to the processor without unnecessary burden or fear of missing something.
The pay processing now goes through approval flow before disbursement.
3. Direct Bank Transfer Integration
Now you can directly transfer Approved Pay to employee via Corporate Pay from all the banks in Nepal.
4. New Shift Schedule Module
We have released a new Easy Shift Schedule module to make shift scheduling and extremely easy for Shift Managers, Employees and Payroll Processors.
RigoHR Mobile App now comes with advanced shift tracking and time recording features for Shift Employees and Managers on both Android and iOS platform.
5. Other updates
In addition to the major updates above, there are many new improvement that makes RigoHR even faster, better and user friendly. Some of the minor release include:
- Employee record and file check and send reminder for missing records

- New employee set to separate and separation feature
- Employee promotion assessment report
- New overtime summary and detail tracking report
