Clean and Modern design system
RigoHR was always a very user-friendly platform that is easy to learn and use by everyone in the organization.
We have upgraded the user experience with new design system with clean presentation, better usability, faster response and elevated user experience.

Know Your Employee
A new feature Know Your Employee (KYE) has been introduced. It helps organizations (mainly financial institutions and large-scale enterprises) to keep their employee record up to date via employee self-service portal.

Branch Manager, Department Manager and Acting, Deputation and Assignments Tracking
Now you can track Branch Manager, Department Head and other assignments like Acting and Deputation. With the assignment tracking, you can link allowances based on the assignments that get automatically updated when the assignments start and end.

New and Improved Data Import
We have re-imagined data import during initial setup and later on. The import process is very easy, and you can check for errors and correct data during import. You can also import individual fields when you need to through our selective data import feature.

Employee Letter Generation
With new letter generation feature, you can generate event-based letters automatically when events happen based on your templates. In addition to event-based letters you can also design different kinds of additional letters and generate them when you need them. No more manual information searching and letter preparation. Now RigoHR does it all.

Pulse Survey
With pulse survey we have taken the employee feedback and engagement system one step further. Pulse survey sends weekly pulse check prompts to employees automatically and tracks employee sentiment, happiness and engagement. Based on the pulses, it shows engagement, satisfaction and happiness scores and indices and even gives you recommendations on how to elevate employee experience and engagement. Pulse survey also checks for turnover, burnout and isolation risk so that you can solve the issue before it is too late. Along with grievance handling and employee feedback, it helps to make the workplace happier and healthier.

Daily Work Log
RigoHR already had a comprehensive timesheet module for non-profit organizations to track employee timesheets.
Now, we have added a new Daily Work Log module which helps every organization to track employee work on daily basis. It also helps you to track project work or customer work done by your team members.

New Training Management
Training management module has been updated to make it easier and better. You can plan training, add training events, notify employees, track participation and receive training feedback. There are some more features on the way to the next release.

New Employee Insurance Claim module
A completely new insurance claim module has been added which replaces the old Insurance Claim feature. The new insurance module is easier and efficient to work with and now it has two way communication with employees and insurance claim department.

Enhanced Sandwich Leave Policy
Sandwich Leave Policy and Rules have been hugely improved and simplified based on customer usage and feedback. New enhancement allows you to control your policy in the exact way you want and you can even add clubbing rules and exception to the policy for certain exceptional cases.

New Tax Certificate and Salary Certificates
We have added new Tax Certificate Letter with greater flexibility. And three different formats of Salary certificate letters have been added. You can select the level of details you want in the Salary Certificate based on the letter purpose. You can also design your own Salary Certificate letter from Additional Letter Generation Feature.


Easy and Better Overtime and Allowance rules and controls
Overtime and Allowances options have been made clear and easy to control. Some enhanced and additional controls related to applicability, calculation and validation has been added so that you can configure Allowance and Overtime as per your company policy.

- Subscription and Billing information is now available to customers directly from inside the Application
